Wearable capaign amination
Alert & Check is ABN AMRO’s first watchOS app. With the 2015 unveiling of the Apple Watch the bank released this app during the introduction. I've created the animation which was used for a pitch to Apple and designed the introduction campaign.
Interaction Design
To improve the usability of the website, I did research with the inhouse callcenter to see where users find themselves trapped on the website. With the found data, I've created userjourneys and put the result in a dropdown megamenu. It consists now a better distinction between navigation to pages and utilities, such as a searchbar and a login button. The menu has now also a contextual space for cross sell opportunities.
